Veteran Community Partnerships (VCP) is a national initiative to ensure that all Veterans and their caregivers have access to, and the widest range of choices among, the services that allow our Veterans to stay in the places they call home. VCP is a joint project of Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) Offices of Geriatrics and Extended Care, Community Engagement/Center for Compassionate Innovation, and Caregiver Support.
